Project Manager(项目经理)

Responsibilities:
1.Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
2.Develop methods to monitor project or area progress.
3.Establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors client satisfaction.
4.Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients’ needs as appropriate to senior management.
Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
5.Prioritise own and team’s work. Anticipates consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change.
6.Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
7.Creates a sense of belonging and ownership among team members; coaches and motivates team members; delegates responsibility; promotes mutual support and interaction.
8.Ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated to project team, stakeholders, and management team and documented appropriately.

Requirements
1.Minimum 2 years of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various projects.
2.Thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of own professional discipline.
3.Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools:
Initiate
Prepare: definition/scope/requirements
Execute & Control: scope, workplans, resources, deliverable, Q/A, transition planning, etc.
Close: completion and assessment
4.Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management.
5.Knowledge of organization’s methodology and tools.

任职要求:
1.最少两年以上不断累积的经验,包括成功管理不同项目的经验。
2.掌握专业的理论以及实践经验。
3.掌握项目管理阶段,技术和工具:
Initiate;
Prepare: definition/scope/requirements;
Execute & Control: scope, workplans, resources, deliverable, Q/A, transition planning, etc.
Close: completion and assessment.
4.较强的测试项目管理经验,包括赞助和风险管理。
5.拥有组织方法论和工具的知识。
