8 June 2006 - PUB, Singapore¡¯s Public Utilities Board, has chosen M2U out of several other solutions as its MMS Gateway. M2U is to be integrated into a larger mobile solution that is aimed at improving operations on the ground for its staff.
M2U was chosen because it served the exact purpose that PUB was looking for, and more. PUB was looking for a solution that was capable of receiving and storing MMSes, however M2U pushed their imagination for other deployment possibilities with built in message processing capabilities a.k.a RULES. RULES teamed with a very intuitive user interface, Statistics engine and API made M2U the natural choice.
