10 July 2006 - Several educational institutions in Singapore have chosen M2U out of numerous alternative solutions to implement their Mobile Survey application.
The MOZAT Mobile Survey is to provide a more convenient, effective and efficient way to teach students, and also, as a means of communication.
MOZAT Mobile Survey is a simple Java application that can be downloaded and installed on any Java-enabled mobile device. Questions can either be set in the application, or downloaded on demand, for greater flexibility of the system. Answers can then be sent back either through GPRS or SMS.
At the National University of Singapore¡¯s School of Business, Assoc. Prof. Song Zhaoli is using Mobile Survey to carry out his research. He is able to disseminate his survey questions quickly and to a larger group of people who can answer them at their convenience, without the need for a computer and Internet connection.
The Institute of Technical Education in Singapore is also using Mobile Survey not just as a means of disseminating information, but also as a new teaching tool. Students download Mobile Survey to take Quizes, read revision notes, check their timetable, just to name a few applications.
